Laksa was the first dish my husband and I ate on our trip to Singapore/Malaysia a few years ago, and it's still one of my favorite memories. If you have an upcoming class in NYC, I'll be there :)

Emily

http://emily.albarillos.netEmilyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10922616054925979468noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2846635578274634395.post-74457825734603613892012-03-27T13:18:41.025-07:002012-03-27T13:18:41.025-07:00Malaysian restaurant is not that much here. If you read the wiki on Laksa it has a bunch of ideas on the origins of laksa - I believe that it originated in Malaysia/Singapore (we have a lot of dishes in common). I think that if you can find a Malaysian restaurant in Dubai, you'll definitely find laksa there. If not, someone needs to open one up ASAP! :o)Auriahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13798276752841845249noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2846635578274634395.post-67870050607599017912012-03-06T21:44:34.571-08:002012-03-06T21:44:34.571-08:00Hungry? Here in Dubai, I usually order chicken biryani. I like Indian curries too. Do you think Laksa is also available here in Dubai? Cool blog Auria!
